Upon inspection of our brakes they told us we had the option of replacing them that day or would most likely be necessary by the next oil change. We were not pressured to perform the maintenance that day but were made aware of the special promotion and discounts. Ultimately we chose to have the brakes eplaced and they quickly had me back on my way. More

Almost! TriCities, WA dealership is outstanding in all regards. However after buying the brand new Highlander (expensive) and in the navigation system final TriCities, WA dealership is outstanding in all regards. However after buying the brand new Highlander (expensive) and in the navigation system final walk-through our sales rep discovered the voice command software doesn't function. Great! Another 200 mile round trip someday to the dealer when Toyota finds a software solution. New Highlander sold defective? Common Toyota! More
