I called Toyota of Vineland to inquire about purchasing a Camry LE as a gift for a relative that lives in Vineland. I drove to the dealer, picked a silver Camry LE, and the dealer installed dealer tags so I could deliver the car with a big red bow! After the surprise, we returned to the dealer to complete paperwork. Everybody at the dealer was pleasant, helpful and courteous throughout the entire process, and I would not hesitate to drive the 70 miles to purchase a car there for my next purchase. The salesman, Tom, was outstanding - he has been following up with phone calls to answer questions every week. I am happy to recommend them highly. More
As usual Vineland Toyota went above and beyond my expectations today. Had a Luxcare claim that has been waiting. As soon as it was approved they had me on phone and set upto bring in the car. The service was amazing. We were treated as if we were someones special Grandparents. Everyone was VERY polite and friendly. If we ever have to buy a new car will go to Scion of Toyota. I sent email request for pricing on a 2009 Corolla LE. I was contacted via phone and e-mail by the Internet representative Rahila Ul-Haq. I sent her the quote I got from another dealer to Rahila and she was contacted via phone and e-mail by the Internet representative Rahila Ul-Haq. I sent her the quote I got from another dealer to Rahila and she replied by email and phone that they could beat the price. I drove about 80 miles to rural Vineland after initial appointment. But once I got to the dealership the named Rahila tried to sell me another car (with sunroof, and different color) and $2000 more expensive. When I asked her for the car that I wanted (silver, automatic), they didn’t have it. They only had tan and red. And they quoted it 10% above the competitor price. To make a long story short they never had any intention of selling the vehicle below the competitor price. They are dishonest. They will not honor their own email representatives or the prices they quote, stay away from this dealership. And they have very low inventory!! They only have the cars and colors that the others dealers reject. More
Bought a vehicle from this dealership(Vineland NJ) a while back.Sales Department is Excellent at this dealership! The service manager is a relative of the owners (who also own several other dealerships under the "Burns Kull group) Since he is a relative. he feels he can treat customers poorly. I would recommend buying here , as the sales team is top notch. but have your vehicle serviced at Shore Toyota, (Pleasantville NJ) where the exact opposite is true. (service is excellent and sales dept is iffy. More
