I went to Toyota of Whittier and I was so happy with my new car and as I was driving home and realized that the dealership totally ripped me off. I told the salesperson, Ozzie, I wanted to pay no more than a certain amount out the door- I ended up paying $950 MORE than what I agreed to. The reason I didn't catch it? I hadn't been so excited and protective of this new investment I wouldn't have spent the additional $2,500 with the dealership to get an extended warranty and service for the car and would have easily caught the deception. The most embarrassing part? There was a whole charade that took place where Ozzie called Clay, the GM, over and said oh she's buying the car. Then Clay said, oh I heard you were really beating Ozzie up there to get the price down and you did a great job negotiating - when in reality I was being deceived. I hope that the GM wasn't part of the deception and is unaware of what actually happened. To remedy the issue I emailed both Ozzie and Clay but neither responded. When I contacted Toyota they told me to reach out to Chrys Ruiz who asked me if I still had the paper from Ozzie on the numbers (which he of course took before I got to the finance guy) and then said oh well most people call when they are upset. Um, ya you just told me to have stuff in writing. Anyway, she said she would follow up and guess what 5 days later and radio silence. There are many dealerships out there, go somewhere else More

Amazing customer service I had gone to two different dealerships (Toyota in Cerritos) and (Puente Hills Dodge) I was looking at both the Durango and the Highlander. In both de I had gone to two different dealerships (Toyota in Cerritos) and (Puente Hills Dodge) I was looking at both the Durango and the Highlander. In both dealerships they were not friendly and they seemed to not care for your needes. As soon I came to Toyota Whittier Jerry asked me what is it that you need and what is your price range. I told him and he said this is what we can offer you and this would be the final price including taxes. I was surprised because in the other dealerships they wanted to change me more for the basic model. I ended getting the Highlander SE. They were friendly, respectful, kind. Ultimately that was made the sale happen. Both Jerry and his nephew were amazing. Thank you! More
Toyota of Whittier service department Today I went in to get my 2011 Prius to get serviced at Toyota of Whittier for regular scheduled maintenance, I was drawn in by a $47.98 special for s Today I went in to get my 2011 Prius to get serviced at Toyota of Whittier for regular scheduled maintenance, I was drawn in by a $47.98 special for synthetic. After picking my car up I noticed that my radio was acting funny and would even turn itself off. I called to talk to the service department and ask what was going on? From the beginning, they wanted nothing to do with me, they kept insisting that regular scheduled maintenance had nothing to do with the radio. I insisted that my radio was working fine before they serviced it. They gave me some things to try, I did with no success. I went back and finally got them to look at it, three different people (assistant service manager, director of service of parts and operation, shop foreman) tried to play with a fuse and tried to reset it. After about twenty minutes, they concluded that the radio had to be broken before they touched it, there was nothing more they could do. I said they could ask the guy who took my car because the radio was on when I came in. I also said I was going to file a complaint. They still in insisted the radio was already broken. I got home and after about 5 min of trying to reset it I did and it works fine now. I think it’s crazy how convinced they were that my radio was broken before I took it in. BEWARE. More

In Love With My 2016 Toyota Corolla!!! I totally recommend this dealer to anybody if your trying to get in to an awesome car for a great deal! The young man who helped me , Raul Alvarado , I totally recommend this dealer to anybody if your trying to get in to an awesome car for a great deal! The young man who helped me , Raul Alvarado , was able to get me into a newer car with way more add on packages than my previous car and lowered my monthly payment by $200 less than what I was paying for my other car. I also went during the Fourth of July sale which made it even better! I couldn't be any happier with my decision to become a Toyota customer :)!!! More

From the beginning, Chrys in Internet sales I purchased a 2016 Corolla LE from this dealer in June. I cannot tell you how pleasant my experience was. From the beginning, Chrys in Internet sales gave me the best price on the car; other dealers eventually matched the offer, but Whittier also included a LoJack with the car. I had told Chrys that I was interested in either the silver or white color; she had both available for me to look at and test drive. The entire purchasing process took less than an hour. Chrys had everything ready, and there was no push for me to buy additional features. The visit with the finance department was shockingly pleasant; again, no push to buy extras I didn't want. 10 minutes and a few signatures and I was ready to go. Why don't all dealers treat their customers this way? Awesome dealership. More
Suppose to vacuum out glass from door told it was done when it was not. Lost fuse cover never replaced, called in and double checked told car was finished by another employee not bobby got there still not when it was not.
