Toyota of York

Took my vehicle in for inspection. Windshield wipers worked great when I dropped it off. I went to pick it up and suddenly the wipers are "torn" and "not wiping properly to pass inspection". I would need to purchase wipers from them for $45. I asked to see the old wipers, they were not torn or "streaking" as they said. I would not recommend this dealership for any service whatsoever. They have completely lost my trust. If they are willing to sacrifice the integrity of their business pulling off stupid little stunts like this, I certainly wouldn't put it past them to try it with bigger more important issues also. More

Bought a Highlander Platinum at the end of August. The deal was done smoothly. Before we picked up the car, I was told there was a chip in the windshield (from transport) that would be fixed at our conven deal was done smoothly. Overtorqued The Oil Filter Had an oil change and filter replacement done on my 2016 Tundra. 5,000 miles later (today), the oil filter wouldn't come off because it appears that i Had an oil change and filter replacement done on my 2016 Tundra. 5,000 miles later (today), the oil filter wouldn't come off because it appears that it was torqued with an air wrench. So much pressure was required to remove the filter that the housing broke. This is the 2nd (and last) time I talked to Toyota of York about over torquing and not following hand torque Toyota guidelines. More

I like how they give me a heads up so to speak of what repairs will be needed down the road. I have not had an issue with any up selling. Just straight forward costs. Highly recommend. More
