Hold on, you won't sell the vehicle for that "agreed" to price unless I finance through your bank? Hmm, called "steering" here in the lending industry and 100% illegal practice. No thanks - I don't need a higher finance rate and a $75 charge from you for financing since I'm already approved from my bank which I'm employed by! Bye bye Tracy Chevrolet, there are literally thousands of vehicles for sale for a ready, able and willing buyer. Buyer beware, just another dealer with shoddy practice More

Flavio Vidoto, Sales Consultant, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and sincere. He really listened to what I was looking for and didn't try to push anything else on me. As the specific vehicle was not on Tracy’s lot, Mike Gollub, Sales Manager, spent the time searching and was able to locate, transport and deliver the exact vehicle. Both Flavio and Mike delivered on all promises made and kept me informed every step of the way. There was no pressure at any time during the entire purchasing process. Very refreshing! Even after the sale was made, Flavio spent a great amount of time explaining all the many features of the vehicle, making sure I felt comfortable before driving away. thiefs Total thievery, let me explain. Went to Tracey Chevrolet ready to buy a Cruze. They said that in order to get the best price I have to finance at le Total thievery, let me explain. Went to Tracey Chevrolet ready to buy a Cruze. They said that in order to get the best price I have to finance at least $8000. They gave me the finance option for 48 months at an outrageous amount of $237/month. which translates to 19% year. They refuse to disclose the interest rate to me. I am all for making a profit BUT NOT THAT WAY,have the courtesy to tell me what you charging me. A manager came to defent the issue that we had to pay sales and excise tax along with registration fees etc.,BUT I AM ONLY BORROWING $8,0000 AT $237/MONTH FOR 48 MONTHS.It still is 19%. The guy thought I was stupid.Good luck with sleazeballs like that.Never do business with Tracy More

Fraud Had my vehicle serviced here. Was told that the technician blew a brake line during test drive. Quoted 1700 dollars to repair. Picked up vehicle and b Had my vehicle serviced here. Was told that the technician blew a brake line during test drive. Quoted 1700 dollars to repair. Picked up vehicle and brought to regular service station for second opinion. Was told the condition reported was totally not true. Total Fraud!!!!!! Get second opinion before getting service at this dealership. Complaints have been filed with attorney generals office consumer protection division and criminal investigation division. Good luck if you go here More

Poor customer service I brought in my car as an appointment. was made I spoke with Anthony. He had indicated that the service would take a few hours and cost about $425-$45 I brought in my car as an appointment. was made I spoke with Anthony. He had indicated that the service would take a few hours and cost about $425-$450 in expense. Returning three hours later I was greeted by Anthony and he confirmed that we were all set. Upon receiving my bill For $619.73, I asked to speak with him , he stated that is what the automobile needed. I said, would you not call for approval for the extra work, he stated that he knew I would see the value. Well at this point I don't enjoy car repair shops spending my money. Spoke with apparently his mgr. and currently I am disputing this issue with my American express card , I'm sure they will see it threw clearly. NEVER AGAIN STAY CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. More
