Great experience! I had an insurance issue and had my vehicle taken to Tracy Chevrolet for repairs. My inept insurer wanted me to do all the footwork to get the vehicle I had an insurance issue and had my vehicle taken to Tracy Chevrolet for repairs. My inept insurer wanted me to do all the footwork to get the vehicle repaired, due to Tracy Chevrolet wasn't part of their network. Todd the person in service, that usually helps me went beyond his duties and dealt with my insurance company for me. Todd is a a fantastic human being. He made sure all was repaired.
