He's always so cool and throws in a lot of little extras to go above and beyond; such as replacing my windshield wipers without charge. Of course I provided the "difficult to put on wiper blades" but a team of 3 of them came out to figure out how to put on my difficult wipers with jolly smiles and made it fun. I didn't feel like a "dumb" customer for not putting on my own wipers. Plus the service work was done on time and without hassle. He even tried to go around my kids' school schedules. He was so concerned for the whole family's well being. Nice. More
