We had a very pleasant buying experience up until we went into the financial agent's office. Our salesman, Alfonso, was helpful, polite, and not at all pushy. We were able to negotiate a price that was better than other places we had looked. Unfortunately, the financial officer had to complete the sale. He was very pushy and tried to sell us some overpriced extended warranty and protective coating. He just wouldn't take no for an answer even though I was very clear that I wasn't interested! Finally he gave up but by that time we were not at all happy. I'm probably would go back but I sure wouldn't look forward to signing. More

My experience with Tracy Mazda started when I 1st purchased my car. The sales staff made the whole car buying experience effortless. Being greeted by name as soon as you walk in makes me feel special. All service/warranty work is done in a timely manner so Im never inconvenienced. I will definately look be purchasing my next car from Tracy Mazda. More

Alex and Bill did a good job. I told them what I wanted, how much I wanted to pay and how much I wanted for my trade-in.
