After speaking with Joe and hearing about Mazda's great finance deals I found out I could purchase a brand new 201 purchase a certified used Mazda3. Our original Mazda has been serviced by Tracy Mazda for about 3 ½ years. Each time we went in for servicing we would look at the new Mazdas. Joe was almost always there to greet us and was always willing to take the time to tell us about the new Mazda, even though he knew we were not ready to buy a new car. He never pushed, he always had a smile, and seemed happy to tell us about the Mazdas on the lot and we tried to make sure he did not lose a customer because he was talking to us. Today we decided to buy a new car Mazda was one of the cars we had considered. Joe knew we had been looking for new car for about a year. Then my wife decided she wanted a crossover. We had not considered a Mazda and in fact we were going to be looking at a Toyota after our Mazda was serviced at Tracy Mazda. Joes was there, and showed my wife the CX9. He took us for a test drive and my wife enjoyed driving the CX9. Joe explained the differences in the crossovers. And why the CX9 was the better vehicle.
