"Horrible Dealership"

This place is horrible and do not have any customer service at all. Their service staff caused a scratch on my new truck and now they're declining to fix the issue after we took it in for an estimate that their Relation Manager Cynthia Tyler has approve for the fix. Once the estimation was given, she gave it to that idiot director of parts and service Mike Botelho for approval and guess what??!!! that idiot decline it. Now trying to get a hold of the general manager Steve Haworth is also a nightmare. Can't even get a hold of him. Sent him email and he doesn't respond. Can't even leave a message too. I will make sure they take responsibility and pay for the scratch that they made to my new truck. I will exhaust all route and will take them to small claims court if I have too. I will also let the media know of what kind of dealership this place is too.

"Horrible experience with Service Department" Horrible experience with the Service Department. I made an appointment and the service advisor was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with his boss, he told the service manager to refuge the service to me because I might be giving them negative feedback which might cause them be fired from the Job.. I spoke to Toyota corporate person Chelsea,who tried to convince not to refuge me but as being independently owned Mr Chris Hansen,The manger over the phone with her denied me the service.But, it was a horrible experience overall and the damage was done. Chris clearly did not take care of my vehicle. He was a complete jerk and should not have any contact with customers. They made me wait for over 2hours.I highly recommend you find a different place to service your car.The manager is very unprofessional and even did not contact me about the case not even a single time.

"Super service and purchase"

If I owned a dealership, my first hire would be Debby in Service! Great communicator and knows her car service inside and out. Best repair quotes in town. Car was repaired as quoted and on time. Our go to Service Writer. The service experience was so good, that while we were there Johnny and Sammy put together a great lease deal on a new Rav 4 LE for us. Great price, awesome terms and a done deal in a matter of minutes. These employees operate Tracy Toyota like Ronnie Lott played football. And Ronnie actually owns the dealership.

Service writer Debby rocks! She was very knowledgeable and totally on top of our car service issues. She returned emails and phone calls promptly and had our service work done well ahead of schedule. She also performed a total inspection of our 2001 RAV 4 Toyota free of charge. The charge for our repairs was well below what we expected and what was quoted. When you go to Tracy Toyota for service, ask for Debby. She is a real asset to the Service Dept. Steve

"Horrible experience with Service Department"

Horrible experience with the Service Department. My wife made an appointment for service, and Rick told her it would be about 90 minutes. Based on that conversation, she decided to wait for it. She sat there for 2 1/2 hours and the car was still not ready and then contacted me. When I called Rick, he was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak with his boss, he hung up on me. I spoke to his bosses in person, George and Cynthia, who were both pleasant. But, it was a horrible experience overall and the damage was done. Rick clearly misrepresented the time it would take and simply did not care that it was inconvenient to my wife. He was a complete jerk and should not have any contact with customers. They made my wife sit for over 3 hours. I truly believe they took advantage of her because she was a female. I highly recommend you find a different place to service your car.
