Horrible experience with the Service Department. My wife made an appointment for service, and Rick told her it would be about 90 minutes. Based on that conversation, she decided to wait for it. She sat there for 2 1/2 hours and the car was still not ready and then contacted me. When I called Rick, he was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak with his boss, he hung up on me. I spoke to his bosses in person, George and Cynthia, who were both pleasant. But, it was a horrible experience overall and the damage was done. Rick clearly misrepresented the time it would take and simply did not care that it was inconvenient to my wife. He was a complete jerk and should not have any contact with customers. They made my wife sit for over 3 hours. I truly believe they took advantage of her because she was a female. I highly recommend you find a different place to service your car.
