I made an appointment and the service advisor was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked to speak with his boss, he told the service manager to refuge the service to me because I might be giving them negative feedback which might cause them be fired from the Job.. I spoke to Toyota corporate person Chelsea,who tried to convince not to refuge me but as being independently owned Mr Chris Hansen,The manger over the phone with her denied me the service.But, it was a horrible experience overall and the damage was done. Chris clearly did not take care of my vehicle. He was a complete jerk and should not have any contact with customers. They made me wait for over 2hours.I highly recommend you find a different place to service your car.The manager is very unprofessional and even did not contact me about the case not even a single time. More

Great price, awesome terms and a done deal in a matter of minutes. These employees operate Tracy Toyota like Ronnie Lott played football. And Ronnie actually owns the dealership. More
Awesome service! Service writer Debby rocks! She was very knowledgeable and totally on top of our car service issues. She returned emails and phone calls promptly an Service writer Debby rocks! She also performed a total inspection of our 2001 RAV 4 Toyota free of charge. The charge for our repairs was well below what we expected and what was quoted. Based on that conversation, she decided to wait for it. She sat there for 2 1/2 hours and the car was still not ready and then contacted me. When I called Rick, he was extremely rude and dismissive. When I asked to speak with his boss, he hung up on me. I spoke to his bosses in person, George and Cynthia, who were both pleasant. But, it was a horrible experience overall and the damage was done. Rick clearly misrepresented the time it would take and simply did not care that it was inconvenient to my wife. He was a complete jerk and should not have any contact with customers. They made my wife sit for over 3 hours. I truly believe they took advantage of her because she was a female. I highly recommend you find a different place to service your car. More

We were on our way out of town on Labor Day weekend when we had a service light come on. We were an hour and a half away from home, we had just endured tons of bumper to bumper traffic, and we decided we sh we had a service light come on. We were an hour and a half away from home, we had just endured tons of bumper to bumper traffic, and we decided we should get it checked. Curtiss and Mike were amazing. Despite the fact that it was close to closing and a holiday weekend, they got our car checked and magically back on the road so we could continue with our vacation plans. I was very appreciative for all their help. We had a fabulous weekend because of them! More
