sorry in advance for the poor service ramble dropped my car off for my appointment at 10 am. Inspection was to be done and I also asked for them to look into a problem that I've asked 2 other pr dropped my car off for my appointment at 10 am. Inspection was to be done and I also asked for them to look into a problem that I've asked 2 other previous times within a year to look into. There was NO communication about my car all day so I called at 3:45 and was told that they PROMISE they'll call me back in 20 mins because they didn't know what was going on with my car. No phone call back. I called at 4:45 and was told that they needed to keep the car that night and no courtesy car would be given. This is all 10 minutes before they were closing! I had no ride and now, no car. Dawn told me it would be ready in morning, first thing....unless I wanted to take my car and bring it back. I asked if it was safe to drive and she said she wasn't sure what was done since now the mechanics have left for the night. Lol...oh ok, let me come right over and grab the car you don't know is ok to drive! In the morning, again, I had to call a few times to see what was going on and I really felt I was being given the run around just like previous night. They couldn't answer questions and didn't give any helpful info and my car still wasn't ready. In the meantime, I called another dealer's service dept to ask for some help and received more time, help and guidance than I did from Transitowne. When I finally could go pick up my car; I asked for some paper work and information and again, just felt like nobody could tell me exactly what was wrong with my car or even exactly what kind of work was done. But they did give me my $10 inspection fee for free; as though that would take care of all that transpired. Thank you, but that didn't make it ok. Very frustrating, disappointing and hard when you can't trust who is doing work on your car. I can honestly say, I truly don't know what work was done because the car still has the issue that I've been asking help for. More

Never Again! I wanted to get my first oil change here, since my first one would be free. I stopped by in June on a random weekday and was told the wait is two hour I wanted to get my first oil change here, since my first one would be free. I stopped by in June on a random weekday and was told the wait is two hours. I asked if there was a better time to come and a woman behind the counter, I believe named Dawn, said with her mouth full of food “I don’t know.” I left and decided to go back the next week and try again. This time, I went on a different day of the week. Again, I was told it would be a two hour wait, and I did not have the time to wait. I asked if I could make an appointment and was told I could not. I went back for the third time in early July, hoping for better luck. One again, I was told it would be a two hour wait. This time, I decided to just wait it out and get it over with. About two hours and fifteen minutes went by, so I decided to check the status of the service. I went to ask and a man at the desk, again with a mouth full of food, said, “hahah they haven’t even started yours yet.” This was infuriating because not only was it over two hours, but this man was extremely rude, laughing, and unapologetic. After three hours and fifteen minutes, my car was finally done. I drove away and realized the language in my car was now in Italian, there was no longer an alarm on my car, and it was in km and Celsius temperatures. I called on the next business day to see if they could tell me how to fix everything over the phone. The woman on the phone told me to stop in and they would fix it in a “matter of minutes.” I went right away, and the man could not figure out how to change the language. I waited another hour before it was fixed. During this time, no one apologized for the inconvenience or explained why all my settings had been mixed up from an oil change. I am in disbelief at the service I have received here. Not only will I never use the service department again, but I will never lease or buy a car from Transitowne again solely because of the awful service department. More
Remote starter added to car I am happy with the service only thing was I brought it in on Friday morning was told it would be done that day I told them that I was going to be out I am happy with the service only thing was I brought it in on Friday morning was told it would be done that day I told them that I was going to be out of town till Sunday could I leave it and pick it up Monday morning I was told yes they open at 7:30 so come in then I did and the service writer couldn’t find the keys finally after half hour he came back and said it wasn’t done so I had to get a loaner car to be able to make my appointment at my doctor thankfully I didn’t have to pay the loaner your dealership did but it just was very aggravating to go through that when I was told it would be done I do have to say mike was great he keep running around to find out what was going on More
