In addition to oil change had tire rotation. Price of tire rotation was definitely higher than I’ve ever paid. Also checked locally with tire stores and again I found that price at Kia service was defini tire rotation was definitely higher than I’ve ever paid. It took 2 hours to get my oil changed with no apologies, I think that is excessive! New service staff isn't as good as the previous also when the technician got out of my vehicle upon completion of service I think that is excessive! New service staff isn't as good as the previous also when the technician got out of my vehicle upon completion of service ( no gloves/mask) and did not wipe anything down in my car. Luckily I carry my own cleaning supplies. Not sure what happened but quality of service this time was not great. If the service wasn't included on my warranty I would not return More
