We brought a Yukon in for one of our customers to have a TSB programmed that needed GM software directly from the dealer. We had an employee waiting for 4 hours to have the work preformed. When the employ TSB programmed that needed GM software directly from the dealer. We had an employee waiting for 4 hours to have the work preformed. When the employee arrived it was shown to the service department the exact information of what was needing done. Come to find out all that was completed was one bolt replaced in the third row seating for a recall. The work it was brought in for wasn't even addressed. When we called to have the issue addressed nobody even seemed to care or address our concerns. The only thing we got told was, "I guess you'll just have to bring it back". More
