My only Critique on Justin was that he was hard to reach. I tried calling several times and could not reach him. No one ever wants to have mechanical issues, but a good experience with professional service providers makes a bad situation so much easier. I would suggest that you start offering loaner vehicles or shop rentals to customers who are stranded in a hotel for 3 days with no transportation. That would have really made the situation that much more pleasant. The service Manager was very responsive and considerate, and I appreciated everyone making the extra effort for myself and my Service animal. Overall, very good experience! I would highly recommend!
