Howard was very patient and courteous with me during my numerous visits to the dealership. He followed up with me via emails and texts to determine whether I was still searching for a car once my lease ended. He never gave up on making a sale but I really appreciate that he did not use high pressure sales techniques! Howard is a professional who is confident and knowledgeable in the cars he is selling. Though I thought I would purchase an NX, I ended up purchasing a certified pre-owned 2014 Lexus ES 350. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up the car, the dealership made the best use of my time. Awesume, better than other Lexus dealers I visited Howard Kent is my kind of Representative. He kept us informed at EVERY turn via Text messaging (voice when needed). Howard LISTENED to our questions and concerns. Howard Kent got us satisfactory answers promptly. Understanding Mr. Kent "works" for the dealership, he exhibited a desire to make our requests happen. We visited other Lexus dealers (Margate) who tied to push us into a vehicle that we didn't want and TOLD me the car I asked about did NOT exist in Florida and the price I said I was willing to pay was way off. (I test drove the car I asked about at a Palm Beach dealer earlier). Lexus Treasure Coast had two! When the "Sales manage"r asked what I was going to do, I said I am going to the dealer up north and buy the car you said didn't exist. (I don't lie or mislead in my Real Estate Business).
