I had an appt for a new key on 1/16/26. I went there and it wasn’t there yet and received no call. She made me another appt for 1/21/26. I went there and she didn’t remember she made me ano I went there and it wasn’t there yet and received no call. She made me another appt for 1/21/26. I went there and she didn’t remember she made me another appt and never put it in her computer. She try saying I didn’t come to my appointment on the 16th. I had to wait 2.5 hours just to get a new key made, because she neglected to put it on the schedule. More
