The communication provided to me on this last service was poor. I called 4x, left 3 messages and was never called back. My service director failed to even mention the calls upon me picking up the car. I had poor. I called 4x, left 3 messages and was never called back. My service director failed to even mention the calls upon me picking up the car. I had provided a 10 percent discount coupon upon arrival and no discount is documented on my bill. The service director failed to provide me a report for my insurance company and they had to come and get it yh themselves. I am extremely disappointed as I always had excellent service here. More

Very CHEAP! THEY CHARGED ME $10.95 for a battery that would cost me $2.00 at a store! They also charges do a second car key that has never been used! Our last dealer checked the battery and put a new o would cost me $2.00 at a store! They also charges do a second car key that has never been used! The service department at this dealership sucks. Every time I ask them to fix something, it never gets fixed, the problem doesn’t exist, or it costs an arm and a leg to fix or replace.
