First time customer, when Service Desk attendant says Client Manager will be with you "in a minute" and it becomes an hour and a half later in reality? No seating options outside in a pandemic? What a disappointment! I have owned at least one Lexus for over 18 years. In all of those years the service was first rate. In the past 2 years my experience with Treasure Coast Lexus has not been great. for over 18 years. In all of those years the service was first rate. In the past 2 years my experience with Treasure Coast Lexus has not been great. But this time, was wholly unsatisfactory! I had an appointment for an Oil change and detailing. They told me it would be 4 hours. When I returned to pick the car up, they told me it would be later in the day. They gave me a loaner. I called to check status 3 hours later and they said they would check and call back. No one called back. I drove over after more than 8 hours and the car was still not done. They told me they would bring the car to us in the morning. The next morning, after no call, I drove there to check on the status. They said it was done and would be brought to us. When they brought it, it had NOT been detailed! They again exchanged the car for a loaner with my service advisor’s personal commitment to handle it himself. After not hearing from them by 1:00 on day 3 I called for a status...not done yet. At 3:45 I called again. They did not know the status and my advisor was not there that day! So much for a personal guarantee. So now we get to go the entire weekend as well without the car! This is not how Lexus treats customers! More
