Excellent Customer Service I had the pleasure of working with Elaine again in purchasing another vehicle last week. She was my sales person 13 years ago at another Toyota Dealership. She was very helpful, answered my concerns and on her day off came to the store to make sure my purchase went through smoothly. John was very instrumental in my purchase and helped me tremendously to get to the payment I needed to be at. This is my fourth car that I have bought from him and on all occasions went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied in my purchases.
