Coupons I requested to services from a recent coupon mailing I had received. When I went to the dealership that told me I could only use one coupon. Why print them and mail them if only one can be used. I told the sales person, Kareem that I did not appreciate this. He did nothing to get the extra discount for me. Then we found several stupid things wrong with the care. Cab filter too dirty. He told me he could reduce the cost of the oil change if I aggraded to the many service issues. I could not afford it at that time. He then did nothing to reduce the cost of the oil change. Treasure Cost Toyota: Forget me. I will never return to you for service. I contacted my old dealership in Royal Palm Beach. They were very upset about the way you treated me. They are willing going to give me free gas to come back to them. That is customer service. You keep you coupons that you pay to print, but fail to honor. I'm going elsewhere. More
