This is the second vehicle that we purchased from Tri County and the experience was terrific. Bob worked with us for pricing and Robert spent time with us going over the new 2012 vehicles as well as the leasing program. I was a little hesitant with the new vehicles using the push button and Robert put all of those fears away. He was truly patient, friendly and never pushy. I have a 2005 4-Runner and continue to have it serviced at Tri County. Craig Johnson and his team are THE BEST!!!! Whether I make an am or pm appointment, they are always on time. Other dealers I have dealt with have always tried to upsell you when they have you in shop. Tri County does not do that . So when they reccommend something , it is most likely valid. When I walked into Tri-County Toyota to purchase my first car I was immediately greeted by Robert who was friendly, attentive, and had great recommendations for some cars in my price range that would fit my car I was immediately greeted by Robert who was friendly, attentive, and had great recommendations for some cars in my price range that would fit my needs. A couple of test-drives later I had found the perfect car, a used Scion xB. Robert was very patient, informative, and answered all of the questions I had (and also answered the questions I had not thought to ask). Even after the sale had been made, he made sure to take plenty of time to ensure I was comfortable with every aspect of the car and how to operate various features. The entire service team was very helpful when it came time to handle all of the paperwork. My insurance provider had made some mistakes on my paperwork, but Robert and Sales Manager Ken worked with me every step of the way to solve the confusion and get me happily driving my new vehicle. While at Tri-County Toyota everyone I dealt with gave me their full attention, making the entire experience as easy for me as possible. At no point was anyone pushy or simply trying to make a sale for the sake of selling a car. I felt relaxed and confident that Robert and Ken were doing their best to match me with the right vehicle.
