I enjoy dealing with the entire team at Tricounty, from the professional and courteous service managers who check you in to the friendly women who check you out when the car is ready. The service personnel always take time to explain any work that needs to be done, often offering flexibility on how to proceed, and they suggest savings wherever possible, such as through their Advantage program, which saved me more than half of the cost on my last 5,000-mile check-up. It's a great dealership all around! More

Not only was I given superlative customer service, I was treated like a customer he wanted to see return again and again. On an occaison where I returned to the dealership and saw Bruce, my 10 year son was excited and lamented, "There's Bruce. Bruce is a good guy, I can tell!"; That is very impressive in my opinion, as children have a way of seeing past any smoke in mirrors and directly to what's real. Kudos to YOU Bruce!!!
