In March of 08, I needed a car with good gas mileage. I was shown an 08 Yaris sedan and it was exactly what I needed. I have 65,000 miles on it already and I have only had to purchase tires recently. Scheduled 25,000 mile service on my Prius for a "sit/wait". I got there early and they took my car in and completed the work before my originally scheduled drop off. Fantastic service: I brought my 2007 RAV4 in to have 2 recall items taken care of. A service person noticed a loud rattling noise coming from the engine. He suspected a bad water pump. The noise had st recall items taken care of. A service person noticed a loud rattling noise coming from the engine. He suspected a bad water pump. The noise had started several weeks ago. However, I indicated that when I brought it in I was 8 days past the 60 month engine warranty. The recall work was finished in about 1 hour. I was told that Tricounty got the OK from Toyota to replace the pump under warranty. I was given a lift home and my car was ready by the end of the day. Everyone was courteous and extremely helpful.
