My entire experience was awesome. Purchased my Tundra at Tri-County in '05 because of price and a no BS salesman, Fred Whitehawk. Took it back for initial service appointments and was so impressed with service department I have never taken i and a no BS salesman, Fred Whitehawk. I get appointments often on short notice and they seem ready for me when I arrive. I wait while service is performed and it's always less time than I expect and less money. Some of this is due no doubt to the truck itself which is the best vehickle I've ever owned. But Tri-County has never given me a reason to go anywhere else. Well organized and efficient. More

The staff of Tri-County Toyota have always been courteous and accommodating in scheduling my service requests to the best of their ability. Calls are returned. Recently, a loaner was offered by Christie when I didn't know it came with the 50,000 mile tune-up. When tires were needed, the decision of make was mine, not theirs. It was also explained to me where and how to find the tire size by Bob. I appreciate the learning. Cashier/receptionist is also very knowledgeable. I always get a thank you. More
