Fred Whitehawk in the sales department is as professional as they come. The first time he meets you, he tells you he will not pressure you into a purchase and he doesn't. I cannot tell you how many times I went in with what I thought was a problem and they checked, it was something simple and they didn't even charge for their time. I go to the Toyota dealership for most of my service needs on my Toyota. The last visit I was there for a routine oil change and tire check. The service team noticed a recall in the system for my vehicle and asked if I wanted it addressed while I was there. I hadn't even received the recall notice in the mail yet. The service team is very helpful and when you are getting work done and waiting for your vehicle, you do not have a long wait like I have experienced at other places. I thought I needed new brakes. When John had the team inspect the car, it was determined that even though I have 88,900 miles on the '05 Camry, my brakes are fine and should last 15,000 miles. Made appointment for factory rebate of air bags. They were flexible with the schedule. When I arrived I also asked them to look at tire pressure as the light on dash was on and the steeering wheel made were flexible with the schedule. When I arrived I also asked them to look at tire pressure as the light on dash was on and the steeering wheel made a rattle sound. About an hour later all was done. No cost. They fixed the airbags, adjusted the tire pressure and ordered a part under warranty to fis the rattle sound which they said was not a safety issue. nice people. More
My entire experience was awesome. Purchased my Tundra at Tri-County in '05 because of price and a no BS salesman, Fred Whitehawk. Took it back for initial service appointments and was so impressed with service department I have never taken i and a no BS salesman, Fred Whitehawk. Took it back for initial service appointments and was so impressed with service department I have never taken it anywhere else, although this dealership is not the most convenient for me. I get appointments often on short notice and they seem ready for me when I arrive. I wait while service is performed and it's always less time than I expect and less money. Some of this is due no doubt to the truck itself which is the best vehickle I've ever owned. But Tri-County has never given me a reason to go anywhere else. Well organized and efficient. More

The staff (in particular, Bob Turner and Linda Algeron) at Tri-County Toyota have always been pleasant and helpful and I know that I can rely on good service.
