Order a car and waited the time period told. Tried to negotiate on a car that was already on lot that had features that were not wanted. I was scheulded today for a tire rotation. When I made the appointment I was told it would take about 1 hour. They had us in and out under 1 hour. My kids love the fact that they have a popcorn machine- i the appointment I was told it would take about 1 hour. They had us in and out under 1 hour. This dealership/service center has great Customer services, including wireless in the waiting room, and a shuttle to work/home if you have extensive service. The service people are courteous & efficient. I am always able to make appointments after 3pm. I've never had an evening appointment, but I think there is at least one evening per week available. The staff is extremely friendly and they are always attentive. The waiting area is pleasant with a TV, paper, magazines to read, coffee and popcorn. Quite possible the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. In the process of fixing my car, the tech broke several pieces. I ended up not waiting, but I had to quickly make arrangements for someone to pick me up and also find someone to take me back when the car was done, a little inconvenient. Tri County service has once again exceeded my expectations. I was passing by on 8/22/2011 and decided to stop in to see if I could get a service appointment for the following week. Lynda was pleasant, professional and to my surprise offered to have the service completed that day if I could leave the car, and use the free rental car that was offered. (The Prius was due for 30K service.) Needless to say, I readily accepted the offer and received a call about three hours later that the Prius was ready. Let me add prompt and efficient to the attribute list, including props to the lady who handled the car rental. I would be remiss if I failed to include Richard Scott, a service writer I have dealt with on multiple past occasions - he too has consistently demonstrated those qualities that have made Tri County my "go to" place for vehicle service. Tri County has serviced our Toyotas (and other household vehicles) for the past 5 years. They have always done their best to fix any problem that we are having with our vehicles and will call after we pick vehicles) for the past 5 years. They have always done their best to fix any problem that we are having with our vehicles and will call after we pick up the car to see if the problem was handled efficiently. The service department has always been very friendly and easily available to answer any questions or concerns we may have. Our positive experience with Tri County is the reason we decided to purchase another Toyota this past year. More
