This was my second, wonderful new car shopping experience with Fred and Tri County Toyota. Fred was patient and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I feel that Tri County has never taken advantage and done any maintenance or repairs that I have not needed. They have recommended I have work done that will avoid future breakdowns. We had an error with our last service visit; they didn't fix the repair or communicate this with us. It was discovered several days later while we were on vacation. They did admit the mistake right away and fix the repair or communicate this with us. It was discovered several days later while we were on vacation. We have been a customer of this dealership since 2002 and this was the first error/ mistake made with our service. We had some minor work that needed to be done. We emailed friday night at 10pm got a call at 9:15am Saturday. We drove up right into the garage and was greeted getting out of the car. We got an amazing deal on the exact vehicle that we were looking for with no pressure and no uneeded extras.
