I have had a wonderful experience with Tri-C0unty and especially with Glenn Griswold. I moved from NY and actually went to another dealership looking for a car. Glenn took the time to explain things and I never felt rushed. I didn't feel pressured and that is important when making a big purchase such as a car. They also did excellent follow up in calling to make sure everything was ok and when I took the car for service I never had any problems. I am a fan of Toyota cars and of Tri County Toyota. More

This year I not only received a substantial amount for my trade in to buy a new car but received 2 years of free maintenance. This is an added bonus from Toyota and I feel they care about me as a valued customer. The service department has always been flexible with weekend hours and makes the experience of waiting for your car to be serviced short, which can be time consuming. I have experienced a recall on my previous car and was notified immediately and it was repaired with no hassle. Also an added plus for my return. Thank you Toyota! More

I had done my homework and shopped aroud the internet the past two weeks and I kept going back to look at the 2011 Camry. I was considering a pre-owned car but once I had the information on the incentive programs and took my test drive and worked out the finance choices it was easy making my decision, and I have to say Phil was courteous and personable and I felt confident in making my decision on a very important purchase. Phil also made the sales process a lot easier with his knowledge and friendly service. I thought the weather these past few days would have set back my signing of the lease but mother nature cooperated enough with me yesterday that I was able to make the best sound business decision in partnering with Tri-County for my purchase. I was greeted by Rich Palaia just outside the door of the dealership and he was extremely professional and upbeat. He took his time to really listen to the things that I needed in a vehicle and find the best dealership and he was extremely professional and upbeat. He was more than generous enough to answer all of our questions and let us fully look over every vehicle. I actually went to another dealership while thinking about the cars I looked at and had such poor service in the few minutes that I was there that I practically ran back to Tri County Toyota. I wasn't sure if I was going to find what I was looking for but I wound up buying an SUV that same day. I would recomment Rich Palaia to anyone and will go back to him for any future purchases I may make. More
