No chance, since she always had success with her old Camry, she wanted to stick with Toyota. We got lucky and got a salesman (Fred Whitehawk) who took time to show her everything about the car before she even got in. She wasn't sure if she wanted something smaller (Corolla) or stay with the Camry. Fred reviewed all the features on both cars, brought both around for a test drive. He took the time to work up all the numbers for us and by the end my mom decided on another Camry. I want to say thanks to Fred for all of his patience and knowledge. A thank you to the management staff (Bob Bozarth & Jim Daly) they too came up with a great deal for her. I highly recommend this dealership! More

Mike was a great salesman; He worked hard to find what I wanted and did not pressure me into any decisions. He helped me find the right car for the price I could afford and after the paperwork was signed, Mike continued being respectful by showing me how all the gadgets worked in the car. More

I w After being "detailed" the car had scratches and swirl marks in the paint. When I brought up these issues I was told there was nothing to be done. I was also sold the car and given a loan only to find out two months later that the dealership never bothered to call in for my auto insurance (so I was under-insured for two months). I paid for the Simoniz treatment but couldn't reach the dealership to schedule the job. When I finally paid a visit in person I was told that I did not contact them and they attempted to blame me for their refusal to follow up with the service. After buying the car I was also told that my particular vehicle had been regularly abused (driven hard) during company lunch runs. This is my second purchase from this dealership and definitely my last. The first purchase was a nightmare as well but I had hoped that things would work out for the better the second time around. No attention to detail I have had numerous issues with this dealership. Overall they have a very poor attention to detail. Last time I brought my car in they called me and s I have had numerous issues with this dealership. Overall they have a very poor attention to detail. Last time I brought my car in they called me and said I needed $600 in exhaust repair on a 6 year old Corolla. Then they called back 5 minutes later and said they had the wrong car. Today I had my oil changes and they don't even bother to put a new mileage sticker on the windshield. I could go on with tons of other stories, but they really don't care. Their Saturday hours are very convention, but over all, they don't do very good work. They should spend more money fixing their systems then a major construction remodel. I would avoid bringing your vehicle here for any major repair work. More

He assured me that absolutely the tires were rotated and the pressure was set to about 34 (book calls for 35). I was no more than a half mile from the dealer when I checked the screen for tire pressure. I was very surprised to see the pressures as: 37, 39, 39, 31. I called when I got home and left a message for Mr. Gilbert as they said he was with a customer. I guess he is still with the customer because he didn't return that call or the one I made about an hour later. I called Wednesday and was told Mr. Gilbert was off for two days. I asked to be connected to the service manager, Craig Johnson. He too was with a customer and must be still because I didn't get a response to my call or subsequent email. To add insult to injury, on Monday or Tuesday, I received email confirmations of not only my scheduled service, but emails for two other customers along with their log-in information to the Toyota system. I sent them today to Craig Johnson and Lynda Algarin since they purportedly came from them. I wonder how many people got my information! The lack of contact from both of these men is infuriating and substandard for customer service. More
