The RAV4s were there, easy to compare, and he answered all of my questions directly and clearly. He pointed out some things I needed to know that I did not ask about, which was helpful. Negotiating the price was business-like and professional and I left with a fair deal. He set up the bluetooth, made sure I could operate the apps and navigation and made sure the car was totally cleaned and complete.
