Replacement of a hail damaged, totaled car! My 14 month old Prius was totaled in a recent hail storm and needed to be replaced quickly. I called 5 different Toyota dealerships which were having their Memorial Day sales event. Two of them haven't gotten back in touch with me yet, one of them got back in touch with me after I had already gone to Tri-County, and one of them would only work with me if I came in to the dealership. At Tri-County, I was immediately put in touch with Bob Bozarth (the general sales manager) who not only told me he had what I wanted in stock but would hold it for me until the next day if necessary and gave me the various pricing options. He could not have been friendlier nor more professional. When I arrived at the dealership I ran into Bob outside and he took me right in and set me up with Fred Whitehawk to take me through the paper work. Fred was also very friendly and very professional. He got me through the paperwork and back on the road in a very timely fashion. It was the best experience I have had at a car dealership. More
