Fred was very helpful! My husband and I were torn between the Sequoia & the 4 runner. The entire service processing system is very efficient and customer oriented. This time I misplaced my auto insurance Financial Responsibility ID Card. The Service Writer, Lynda Algarin, contacted my agent to obtain a copy. Two days before my Annual Inspection service appointment my dashboard lit up with multiple brake system warning lights. The car still functioned normally. The service department analyzed the car and found the source of the problem. The parts department had what they needed in stock, and the repairs were completed. Although the cost was more than I had anticipated, and I had to wait longer than I had expected, I am very grateful and appreciative for the service received. I will not hesitate to recommend this dealership to my acquaintances.
