This is the 5th car I have purchased / leased from Tri-County, the last 3 from Mark Robertson. Mark has made it next to impossible not to return and have him take care of my car needs. The customer service / service department is second to none. I have purchased upwards of 17 new vehicles for myself and family and Mark set the bar extremely high the first time I dealt with him. That uneasy feeling of buying a new car - no more! Mark has not only maintained this high level of customer service and salesmanship, he has continually raised the level. He follows up with us (both me and my wife) a few times a year to see how things are going, and makes sure everything with the car (service included), meets our satisfaction.
