A few years ago, I bought my Toyota Camry from Nick Fisher. I had hoped to not be buying another car for quite awhile, however, my Camry suffered a bad accident, forcing me to start looking for another Fisher. After test driving the Prius, they allowed me to test drive the car for the weekend, to be sure I loved it before I bought it which was wonderful! They also patiently sat with me to answer all my questions and concerns with the car and went above and beyond my expectations in making me feel comfortable with my decision. Nick was gracious enough to negotiate the price so that I was able to afford the payments and made himself available for any additional questions or concerns I had. Both Nick and Don were very knowledgeable with the car making me feel more confident about my purchase. I bought the Prius and I love it! I brought my Rav 4 in for the 15,000 mile check up. I had a problem with one of the tires losing air and they checked them. The rear tire had a nail in it and they patched for me. This past week I met up with Don Richards to purchase a used Toyota 4 Runner. I knew that I loved the vehicle but was not sure about how the deal would work with my trade. When the 'Service Light' lit up on our 2013 RAV4 I realized it was time for its 5,000 mile maintenance service. I stopped by Tri-County Toyota without an appointment. Lynda took my information and a I realized it was time for its 5,000 mile maintenance service. I stopped by Tri-County Toyota without an appointment. Lynda took my information and assured me that they would be done within an hour. True to her word our RAV4 was ready to go. While I was waiting my wife called and suggested that I shop for another RAV4. I wandered over to the showroom and was greeted by Mike Bertino a Tri-County Sales and Leasing Agent. He was very courteous and listened closely to our requirements for features and price. He then showed me around the dealership and explained the various incentive programs that were available for both leasing and sales. I chose another RAV4 from stock and requested that Mike prepare a proposal for both a lease and purchase and asked that he call me the next day with the numbers. He did and proposed a very good deal without any need for me to haggle about price. I took delivery of our second RAV4 the following day. The RAV4 was prepared perfectly and delivered with a full tank of gasoline! Mike took care of the temporary plates, made sure all the accessories were installed and took the time to explain the 'Tri County Advantage Program', a bonus service plan that is included with a Tri-County purchase. Based on my experience I highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota to consider Tri-County Toyota. Be sure to ask for Mike Bertino. I'm sure he'll make your trip worthwhile. More
