The experience that we had the other night was remarkable. My son purchased his first car and Michael Bertino was the one that explained to my son what he could afford and what not to look at beca remarkable. At first of course he was picking out cars way over his budget but being a first time buyer he had no idea. What stood out for us was when Michael (our sales person) told my son Geoff that he has to get to step one before he can go to step 2 or 3. Meaning you have to start out realalistic for a couple of years and work your way up. That stood out. This is our first Toyota and he LOVES it. The only thing we were uncomfortable with was it was the end of the night approx 9:00 pm (they were a little backed up we waited about an hour and a half to see Steve Wigler the finance guy) but I felt like we were being rushed at that time. Nothing was explained to my son about when his first payment will be due, if he will be receiving a payment book in the mail etc., I had to actually ask who the lienholder was. So I am hoping his stuff will just show up in the mail. Other than that we will definately recommend this dealership and we are looking for a long relationship with them, Oh, and by the way love the popcorn machine. Thank you to all your friendly staff. Mark was very kind & courteous. He was very thorough when explaining pricing & options. He went into great detail explaining the dash board, radio etc. and various functions of the buttons. My husband and I purchased a used Camry on 8/14/2013. The car we traded in was a 1999 Camry that had been purchased new at Tri-County. I loved that car and really hated to part with it, but it was time for a new one. We looked at the used Camrys and found a 2011 in excellent condition. Our sales person, Andy Carson, was just great. He was very friendly and personable. He answered all of my questions and concerns and was very knowledgeable. He was also very patient, since I was sort of undecided and reluctant to part with my old Camry. We were allowed to take the car we were considering buying home overnight and that was a big help in making the decision. The sales process went very smoothly, and we were very satisfied with the price and conditions. I took my Sequoia to Tri-County for the annual state inspection and working with Lynda in service was a pure pleasure. She kept me up to date on everything the vehicle needed (tires, rotation, front whe inspection and working with Lynda in service was a pure pleasure.
