I scratched up the side of my new mini van this weekend. I brought it in this morning and Bob Rutty came right out and looked at it, even though I did not have an appointment. He took the time to buff out the scratches and touch up paint the areas he could. He was very pleasant and made me feel better about the fact that I had messed up my new car. I recently made my first trip to Tri County. They came highly recommended by a friend whose family has purchased 7 vehicles from Tri County. I had corresponded with Fred through e-mail, so I phoned him and set up an appointment. I was in the market for a Tundra, and had done extensive research. After our initial meeting, we took a Tundra for a test drive. By the end of the test drive, I felt that Fred was more a friend than a salesman. Even though I had done my research, Fred was not only eager to answer any questions that I had, but was also able to present several important points that I had not even considered. The "haggling" process of buying a new vehicle was non existent. We very quickly agreed on the price and details of the purchase, which I believe to be VERY fair to all involved. I left the dealership that evening as the proud owner of a new Tundra 4 X 4. Since my purchase (4 days), I have had questions arise, and have phoned Fred with these questions. Each time, he has taken the time to thoroughly answer my question. This evening, I contacted Fred to order accessories, and he took the call, and my order, WHILE AT HOME. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tri County, and especially Fred to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. More

I had not planned on buying a new car that day, but Levi was extremely patient and detailed in his description of all the features and amenities of the car, as my current car was pretty old and therefore outdated in terms of all the safety features and latest technology. He took the time to thoroughly explain things to me, and ensured I was comfortable driving a car that was bigger (height-wise) than what I have been used to my entire life. Levi was very receptive and flexible with all my questions and requests. I would recommend this dealership! More

Last Friday, July 26, 2013, I had the 100,000 service performed on my 2008 Toyota RAV4. I purchased the vehicle new from Mr. Glenn Griswold.
