Beware: ALWAYS REQUIRE THEM TO COMPLETE YOUR WORK BEFORE 5:00 P.M. NO IFs, ANDS, OR BUTS. I made the mistake of telling them "Whenever, as long as I get it back today." I dropped the car off at 9:30 a.m. and they didn't begin work until almost 5:00. I got a call at 5:49 p.m. from Rich telling me my car was done and my husband told him we were on our way. They apparently close at 6:00 and when we arrived at 6:05 everything was locked up and no one was around the service area. I was somewhat fortunate Ken McEvoy from sales and the cashier, Susan, were still in the back and eventually helped me so after a huge amount of aggravation, I was able to pay and drive my car home. When a customer tells you they need the car back that day, there's a reason. For me, I already have a one hour commute at 5:30 in the morning. Had I not been able to get my car, I would have had to either lose pay or use vacation time since I'd have to go to the service office on Monday at 7:00 a.m. when they open to get my car and my one hour commute now becomes 2 because I'm in high traffic time. Rest assured I will be calling Mr. Johnson to let him know in person how this treatment feels and I will NEVER let them keep my car longer than 2 hours from here on out. I understand that at the end of the day everyone wants to go home and in the end, I did get my car, but what this did was create a huge headache for me and removed any trust I had for good customer service from this dealer. UPDATE: 3/26/2013 Spoke with Mr. Johnson, who apologized for this experience and agreed it was not handled as it should have been. He explained options that could have been done and assured me he has talked to the service manager to make sure he was aware of those different avenues that could have been used. Their responding to this issue raised a few scores and gives me hope and at least a glimmer that customer service is important, but as I explained to Mr. Johnson, the lost trust here must be earned again. I will be sure to add reviews after future service visits. Hopefully, those reviews will be 5 star reviews. More

As soon as I entered the show room I felt as if I was a valued customer. Sales people asked me if I needed assistance and did not make me feel pressured in any way. I was interested in a Toyota Tacoma. I stopped by Tri County Toyota in Royersford, PA and worked with a salesman named Don Richards. As far as customer service and friendliness are concerned, Don was a p County Toyota in Royersford, PA and worked with a salesman named Don Richards. As far as customer service and friendliness are concerned, Don was a pleasure to work with. His personality and relaxed demeanor set me at ease. I did not sense any pushiness. What impressed me most about Don though was that he was so very knowledgeable about all things car and truck related. I am a very meticulous, questioning buyer. I never got the sense that Don was too busy to answer my questions. He took the time to explain things I had not even thought to ask. Don offered more than just a sales perspective of the vehicle and its cost. He knew things about auto care, paint, and maintenance, as well as the mechanical operations of the vehicle. It wasn't the same old, "Here's this button and here's what it does" kind of experience. He gave me a lot of useful information that made me confident. It was this little extra that really led me to purchase a Tacoma from him. I received a great trade-in and purchase price on the vehicles. My overall experience at Tri County Toyota was a great one because of Don Richards. I will most definitely send my friends here to work with Don. Thank you. More
I had a bad experience previously from another Toyota dealer, I use Tri County for my service and I found them to be very friendly and professional, and I thought I would take a chance with the new car d dealer, I use Tri County for my service and I found them to be very friendly and professional, and I thought I would take a chance with the new car dealership. I was not wrong and I will return when I am ready to purchase another car. Michael Moffa was knowledgeable and very professional. I am a female and I usually make my major purchases myself, but because of my previous bad experience, I took my brother with me. I feel that this would not have been necessary with the courtesy that was provided by Michael. He addressed both of us and was very thorough with his information. When I picked my car up he spent a good amount of time explaining the operation of the vehicle and answered all of my questions. Not rushing me even though he had another customer waiting. I will continue to use Tri County for my service and will definitely return when I am ready to purchase again. More
As far as a womens point of view this sales rep did not take advantage of me because I was female. Donny went above and beyond for me and his communication was awesome. He was receptive to what I wanted an take advantage of me because I was female. Donny went above and beyond for me and his communication was awesome. He was receptive to what I wanted and directed me in the best direction to meet my budget. I felt comfortable to talk to him and ask questions that I thought were stupid, for I as a buyer have no idea about the auto world! This person that I felt had the heart to not take me for what I was walked me through a highly stressfull time with ease. More

Rick was prompt in his initial email to help, and Bob followed up as well. Rick was very personable and helpful on the phone during initial calls, and the dealership had inventory that seemed to fit our needs, so we decided to visit. My wife and I were browsing with our two sons, 1 and 3 years old. The play area was a godsend in helping keep the boys at bay while we took our test drives, and the staff was helpful with the boys and never made us feel that we needed to leave because the boys were a problem(huge point to make, since we would have left immediately if it seemed like we couldn't manage the boys and being thoughtful about this huge decision for us). The play area room became Rick's makeshift "office" and he was incredibly patient, friendly, comforting and knowledgeable throughout the "plan B" experience. When the timing was getting later but my wife inquired about an alternate vehicle, we never felt we were putting anyone off in making the request, even as the boys had a few louder moments as their normal bed time had passed. When the details of finances were being discussed, we felt we were being treated fairly through discussions/ questions/ requests for added details and financing options. Finally, Bob and Rick were able to work with us in getting the payment to an amount we (and our budget) could feel ok about. Part of me, of course, will wonder if I could have been a more shrewd negotiator and squeezed a better deal out of the process... but you will find no "buyer's remorse" here. We feel we purchased a quality vehicle for a fair price from people/a business that we feel we can trust to be there for us through the hopefully many years to come in owning this vehicle. More
