Although I was looking to replace my SUV with another, I asked about a Camry because my daughter-in-law bought a 2011 from this dealership about a year ago and I liked it (it was used, also). The salesman, asked about a Camry because my daughter-in-law bought a 2011 from this dealership about a year ago and I liked it (it was used, also). The salesman, Nick, directed me to a Camry Hybrid. I was fascinated (and sidetracked) by all the gauges. I took a test ride and became very interested. Hybrids that I had seen before used almost all the trunk space for batteries. I had to ask where the batteries were on this model (they're behind the back seat and you don't know they're there). I have owned an SUV since 1990 complete with trailer hitch. Did a lot of hauling; Loved the space; Loved sitting high; Loved four wheel drive. But... I no longer do the hauling due to my age and health. I don't need four wheel drive because when it snows, I stay at home watching the commuters on the news. Consequently, I decided to buy a fuel-efficient vehicle. This hybrid averages 40 mpg. My SUV was struggled to get 18 mpg. The hybrid is quiet, responsive and has an above average ride. It is the right choice for me. The salesman indicated how much I would save on fuel. I explained his calculations were in error as I would be driving more BECAUSE of its fuel economy. I had priced a 2010 Ford Edge with 41,000 miles and they wanted my car and $19,000. This hybrid is a 2012 with 21,000 miles and they wanted my car and $22,000. So for $3,000 more, I get a car 2 years newer with half the mileage (and fuel efficient to boot); a no brainer. The caveats I had were caused by my infatuation with the dash display. I failed to realized that there was no HomeLink device even though the unit had an auto-dimming rearview mirror with compass; go figure. Also, it did not have tinted windows. This was my oversight and not the fault of the dealership. My suggestion is for you to make a check list of the features you want before looking for a vehicle. The dealership has the paper nonsense down to a breeze. It was painless until it came time to deal with the money. All-in-all, a pleasurable experience thanks to Nick and Steve (finance guy). More

Being that I live in CT, the dealership was extremely helpful in getting me the temp plates, and even registering my new car in my home state. All said and done, they even came in under budget for the transfer process, and sent me a check for the balance. This was a great experience! Why? A combination of reasons. Our salesman, Mike Moffa, was courteous, energetic and friendly. Even though he is not a "certified Scion" salesman, he incorporated the h reasons. Our salesman, Mike Moffa, was courteous, energetic and friendly. Even though he is not a "certified Scion" salesman, he incorporated the help of a salesman that is, Rich Rippel. The two of them together made a great team in getting our sale put together and getting the deal signed and delivered in less than 24 hours! One huge plus for Mike - my husband and I went in together but the car is for me and I was the one that had done the "homework" prior to our arrival at the dealer. Mike talked directly to me as the buyer. So many car salesmen talk to the husband no matter the situation, so I was completely impressed by the fact that Mike recognized that I, the wife, was the person on which to focus for this sale! Thanks to both Mike and Rich for my Scion IQ! I totally love it! More

I recently purchased my first vehicle, a 2009 Toyota Tacoma. The experience I had at Tri-County was great. I felt very little pressure from Don, both for the sale of the car or for the add-ons like the Tacoma. The experience I had at Tri-County was great. Information was presented to me, and then it was basically in my hands to decide if and what I wanted. Once I agreed to buy the vehicle, and pass on the extended contract, there wasn't any additional pressure to change my mind and add more things, things simply proceeded without issue. The whole experience was quick and enjoyable. Leaving the lot with the vehicle, I noticed what I thought was a small speck of dirt on the windshield. When I got home and stepped out to clean it off, I noticed it was actually a tiny crack in the glass. I emailed Don right away, and he got me set up quick to get it repaired. The cost to me was absolutely zero dollars, which I was very happy with. The fix to the windshield was of great quality as well. More

This was my first experience with Tri-County Toyota in Royersford Pa. I was greeted warmly by George Lesko. The assistance he offered was welcoming with no pressure at all. He knew what I wanted to see and directed me to that and nothing else. All the Staff, Guy Scholl,Don Richards and John Gerber, were just as friendly and courteous as George. The SUV I purchased was in fact a 2003 Mazda Tribute. They worked with me on everything with the transaction as well as future service offers. George even threw in a new set of floor mats. Hey, they did'nt even sell me a Toyota, it is a Mazda. They all share the same values of serving the customer needs equally from sale thru service. I will recommend anyone in search of new or pre-owned vehicles to check-out the inventory at Tri-County Toyota. I will mention the names above, but feel confident any combination will work just fine.
