Best Car Buying Experience Ever! We had talked to several dealers in a 200 mile radius about the vehicle we wanted but no one was willing to work with us on a reasonable price. The sales rep we worked with (Chico) and the New Car Manager (John) were outstanding. They worked with us to find a happy medium on the price, much more than any other dealership was willing to negotiate. Once we agreed on a price for the new truck, they appraised our current truck and gave us the amount we REALLY wanted for it. After the price was finalized, the finance manager (Aaron) quickly put together all of the necessary paperwork. The whole process took less than two hours - from driving on to the lot to driving off with our new truck. Even after the deal was done, they CONTINUED to provide amazing customer service! They included our spray in bed liner and floor mats into the deal, and they even drove my fiance to taco bell because we were starving! They were timely and professional throughout the whole process. They treated us like royalty even after we bought the truck. When we took the truck back for our appointment to get the bed sprayed for the liner, they gave us a dealer loaner - KNOWING that we lived hundreds of miles away. This was truly the best dealership we've ever been to and we will definitely buy from them again. Thank you so much Tri-State Ford!!! We cannot say enough good things about you! Thank you Chico!! It seems most places doesn't have good customer service, but Tri-State Ford does! We had switched about a year ago to Tri-State Ford's Service Department to have services done on the Ford F250 we traded in because of the other dealership's poor customer service. We were very pleased and impressed by the Service Department at Tri-State. Tri-State Ford is the best dealership in the Texas Panhandle and most definitely in Amarillo!!! More

My 4th Visit to Tri-State!!! My husband and myself were greeted by Marcus and when I told him what I was looking for he walked around with us until I spotted what I wanted. Mind you it was 100+ degrees out and he was still willing to show us all of the options/features the pickup had and once we went inside to crunch the numbers he offered us nice cold water. Marcus was very helpful and I will honestly say that I am not an easy person to deal with. The entire staff was very polite and helpful. They stayed late to help us throughout the entire buying process. This is my 4th purchase from Tri-State over the last 20+ years. I will definitely be back and I will recommend my friends and family to buy from Tri-State. More
