My lifetime experience with car buying has always been the same misleading, sneaky, or outright lies, and lots of wasted time and effort. When I reached out to Tri-State Ford in Amarillo Texas I expected more of the same. I found the vehicle on the website and was contacted by Dean Mead he truly went above and beyond to answer any questions and make my buying experience one that stands above all others. Let me say he did just that , no matter where I’m located in the country my next vehicle purchased will be through this dealership. They made everything go quickly, and smoothly without the hassle. Tir-State had to order the part, so they graciously rented us an F-150 from Enterprise so that we would be able to continue our trip to Oklahoma and have a vehicle to go back and forth to work without any issues.
