The items that pushed me to cross over to the Nissan Dealership were the quality of the vehicles that were offered, the ease of trading in my present vehicle, and finally the relationship with the salesperson, Wendy Conlon, and the rest of the Team to help me in choosing the car that I desired along with an outstanding and affordable price. After looking for a number of months, Tri State Nissan was able to afford me a lower price on an equally quality vehicle and then followed up by matching a lower price present at another dealership. My correspondence was done via the Internet and then by phone until I came to the car and the offer, I was most comfortable with. I live in Pennsylvania and it was well worth the 4 hours’ drive to the Tri State Nissan dealership in Winchester, VA. When I arrived, Wendy was there waiting for me to go over the car and then take it for a test drive. It was everything I had hoped for. Along with the trade in of my car and filling out the paperwork, I was ready to go in less than 2 hours with a cost that was much less than I anticipated. I drove home in my brand-new Rogue and was extremely satisfied with the entire experience. Along with additional options that were offered, the best part was the follow up from the Wendy to see if the car was running as expected and if I had any questions. Needless to say, I am extremely happy with my experience at Tri State Nissan and look forward to working with them in the future. More
