Tri State Nissan

I worked with 5 dealerships in all to try to find the best deal on a Nissan NV. Many of the dealersips were not easy to work with and some were even kind of rude and arrogant, as if they were bothered b best deal on a Nissan NV. I am please to say that I found Tri-State Nissan to be just the opposite. Russell Moorhouse in particular was very friendly and honest. He knew every detail about the vehicle I was wanting to purchase and was therefore extremly helpful in every way. Really everyone we came in contact with at Tri-State was very friendy and made us feel right at home. The dealership itself is very clean and spaceous. The gourmet coffee in the waiting room was a nice touch as well. I love my new Nissan NV and will not only recommend it to my friends and others, I will also recommend they go to Tri-State to make their purchase. More

Although I was familiar with the car,Rusty was able to inform me of some details I was unaware of. When we went to Cathy Fritzges to finalize the financing and warranty info, everything went better than expected.I can honestly say that this was one of the smoothest car transactions ever.(New or Used) Thanks to everyone at Tri State Nissan for a great job..Highly Recommended. Very accomodating and helpful with finding the car I desired. A little more expensive than I had hoped for, but overall experience was good. THE DEALER SHIP DID A FINE JOB ON GUILDING ALL IT'S EMPLOYEES IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO COMPLETE A QUALITY CAR SALE. THERE WERE A FEW THINGS THAT WERE NOT DISCLOSED TO ME UNTIL I READ THE FINAL DESCRIP EMPLOYEES IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION TO COMPLETE A QUALITY CAR SALE. THERE WERE A FEW THINGS THAT WERE NOT DISCLOSED TO ME UNTIL I READ THE FINAL DESCRIPTIVE SALE INFORMATION SHEET. I DID NOT KNOW I HAD TO PAY FOR CLEAN UP AND SERVICE OF MY CARS THAT I TRADED IN.MY CARS WERE SPOTLESS ON TRADE IN.I DID NOT FULLY UNDERSTAND THE REBATES AND INCENIVES STIMULUS PACKAGE WHEN IT COME DOWN TO FINANCEING. YOU ADVERTISE THESE PACKAGES BUT YOU ALSO DO NOT EXPLAINE THAT THEY CAN GO AWAY IF YOU DON'T FOLLOW CERTAIN GROUND RULES THAT COULD END UP WITH A HIGHER INTREST RATE OR FINANCEING FIGURE. PRESURE WAS NOT APPLIED ON MY SALE (BUT) I FEEL STEVE COULD OF HANDLED THE WHOLE SALE WITH OUT THE HELP OF DAVE.AGAIN NO PRESSURE WAS APPLIED. BUT BEING UNFALIMERY WITH SO MUCH PAPER WORK AND THE LEANTH OF TIME TO MAKE A SALE IT WAS OVER WHELEMING AND TIRESUME. tHE CLOSEING WAS DONE IN TWO STAGES. I ARRIVED AT ONE OCLOCK AND LEFT AT EIGHT FIFTEEN. I ALSO HAD TO RETURN THE NEXT DAY FOR MY WIFE TO FINALIZE THE PAPERS AND BRING IN MY OTHER CAR. I COULD OFFER SOME GOOD ADVISE TO ALL THAT READ THIS.BY BEING THERE I OBSERVIED QUITE ALOT IN SEVEN HOURS.YOU HAVE NO PRIVACY WITH YOUR SALES PERSON IN THOSE OPEN TYPE QUBELOWS.YOU COULD ELLIMIATE SOME OF THOSE FOR MORE FLOOR SPACE AND USE THE OFFICE SPACE IN THE BACK OF THEM THAT ARE NOT BEING USED ONLY FOR CLOSER. I WAS NOT OFFERED ANY ASSESSORIES FOR MY NEW SUV NISSAN. I SEE YOU HAVE AT LEAST ONE FOURTH OF. THE SHOW ROOM FLOOR FOR DISPLAYING ASSESSORIES.THANKS AGAIN AND I UNDERSTAND THE SECOND DAY WAS PART OF MY POOR JUDGEMENT OF NOT BEING MORE PREPARED.THANK YOU CHARLES G. More
