The salesman, D.J. quickly grasped our wants, then walked us out to the lot to see the four options. He then had our trade-in appraised, and came up with a proposal. My wife and I did not buy it immediately, but had lunch over it, and went to see another dealer. We left there after only a few minutes, because (1) nobody took responsibility for us, and (2) the vehicle on display did not have the quality of the Nissan Frontier. We went back and accepted the offer. More
