Wasn’t impressed with service advisor. Never said hello or called me by my name. Very little personality. I worked with Gariana. She stayed in contact with me during the day. When I went to pick up my car, I saw a couple of employees looking at it as if there was a problem. It turned out that when they pulled the car out of the service area, the driver hit another car. It was only cosmetic damage, and it was fixed to my satisfaction. The person who caused the damage immediately apologized to me personally, which I appreciated. I did have to wait a bit longer, but the dealership made it right. Scheduling is easy, the service is a bit pricey, but the car has low mileage, and I prefer to use the dealership until I hit 100K miles. More
