We stopped in check it out and Jason was super helpful with this process. Took it for a test drive and fell in love with it. Negotiated a price with no pressure from Jason. Worked out a fair trade for our Dodge Ram and had a deal. Never thought that day that we would be the proud owners of this new beautiful truck. Jonathan made the finance process very enjoyable, also. Overall, I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone interested in purchasing a new Ford. More

Dishonest Service August 24 I scheduled my Fusion SE Hybrid 2013 for 3 things change oil, TIRE ROTATION and recall service for seat belts. It took me 3 hours to wait bu August 24 I scheduled my Fusion SE Hybrid 2013 for 3 things change oil, TIRE ROTATION and recall service for seat belts. It took me 3 hours to wait but finally it was done. 2-3 days later I checked tne tires, my tire on the RIGHT REAR IS DIFFERENT FROM THE REST BECAUSE I HAD A FLAT TIRE 2 WEEKS PRIOR AND HAD TO CHANGE THE TIRE SO IT IS A NEW TIRE WITH A DIFFERENT BRAND. TO MY SURPRISE THE NEW TIRE WAS STILL ON THE SAME POSITION!!! THEY DID NOT ROTATE THE TIRES. BUT CHARGED ME FOR It. This is unacceptable!!! That is why people go to the dealership to have their car served well and this is what you get??? Now I have doubts whether Tropical Ford really changed the oil as well??? I thought I would also need to have power steering fluid changed. Unfortunately, it turned out to be much worse. The steering rack needed to be replaced. Tropical is Tropical Ford set up coming to our facility to fix the airbag recalls on Ranger pick-up trucks that have been on notice for over a year. Tropical is located in Orlando and our offices are in Clearwater, Florida. No local Ford dealers have called and it required Tropical to handle the situation. As owner of over 30 Ford trucks of various sizes and ages, I could not be more pleased to have this problem officially taken care of and off my mind. More
