Referred me to another dealer Took my 2016 Mustang GT there as I am getting a driveshaft/rear end vibration. It started badly when I was advised that I need to leave my car there f Took my 2016 Mustang GT there as I am getting a driveshaft/rear end vibration. It started badly when I was advised that I need to leave my car there for 3 or 4 days because they are backed up and wont be able to get to it. bare in mind I had an appointment for this issue, I didnt just roll up there. They did however have a tech drive the car and he stated that he did feel the vibration and the car needed to be tested with a driveshaft vibration analyzer. They then told me they do not have that tool and I needed to find a newer dealership and suggested Mullinax Ford in Kissimmee. Well thats great !! I live in Orlando just a few miles from Tropical and now I have to drive an hour through traffic to Kissimmee ? Wouldnt it be really easy for them to get that tool from Ford since I have documentation where this drivetrain vibration is a very well know issue with Ford ? What a very poor experience when I was all set to make them my preferred dealer for my service and warranty work. More
