Quick less than 1-hour oil and tire rotation Quick service, However the F-150 FX4 skid plate was not removed and the oil drained on top of it from filter was not cleaned off and has left spots on Quick service, However the F-150 FX4 skid plate was not removed and the oil drained on top of it from filter was not cleaned off and has left spots on my driveway. I ran my hand on top of the plate and it is is soaked with oil. Not to mention the environmental impact of this oil. I was charged for shop supplies, but see no evidence that they were used (i.e. shop rag). I expect more from Ford and hope this isn't the sanctioned service process. Doesn't look like anyone reviewed the two recalls that are open. I had no expectations, but assumed the software upgrade could be done. or at least a mention More
