Included additional charges without my consent. I had to comlain to have them removed from my bill, but it took me ages. Above and beyond! I stopped in around 4:30 with a problem with my wipers, warranty. While parked in the service center, a commercial vehicle hit my truck and damaged my I stopped in around 4:30 with a problem with my wipers, warranty. While parked in the service center, a commercial vehicle hit my truck and damaged my driver side mirror. The service team was absolutely awesome! Without the attention of one of the service reps in the booth, I may not have known until later. I really wish I had gotten his name! The other gentlemen helping with my service issue were attentive and diligent in getting my original issue repaired in under 15 minutes. For an after-market warranty repair, at 5pm on a Friday, this is exceptional! The Operations Director did everything to help me with the accident, taking pictures, and even providing an on site estimate within minutes. I only wish the driver would have been as accommodating and we wouldn't have been there for two hours. More
