Body shop repair was good, but when finished, they ran my black vehicle thru their terrible car wash and now there are scuff marks throughout my vehicle. Their response was they were never told not to run it black vehicle thru their terrible car wash and now there are scuff marks throughout my vehicle. Their response was they were never told not to run it thru their car wash. At the same time, I never told them to run it thru and they never mentioned that they would because I would have told them not to. Not once did they offer to fix the swirl marks so now insurance company involved again More
